Workshop: Music-themed Paper Collage

Express your musical self as you create a rhythmic collage that blends colorful papers with sheet music and other musical imagery. Learn about collage materials, techniques and design concepts. Explore the texture and layering possibilities of this fun art medium.
Participants will take home an 8? x 10? music-themed collage, matted and ready to frame. All materials will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring music-themed papers to use or share.
The workshop is appropriate for both beginners and those with prior collage experience.
About the Instructor: Susan Farrer creates collage and mixed-media art with papers, paints, and more, and teaches art workshops and classes through her small business, ExpressArts.
